So as planned it was my turn to cook this evening. Tried to make it a positive day, proper breakfast and lunch and a yoga class. Struggle a bit in the afternoon and had a little cry 🙄. But met the lovely Laura in the pub on the way home for a couple of glasses of wine and some mini sausage we headed home for a proper tummy hurting laugh over nothing and I cooked. Baked halloumi with chickpeas, tomatos and kale and a drizzle of balsamic. Not the prettiest thing I’ve made but it was delicious. Recipe below.
