Getting back in the habit

After a super busy week it was a quiet night at home.
I am getting so much better at cooking for myself. I do have to push myself a bit to get going but once I am cooking I do really enjoy it. Today Mel and Simon headed off on their next adventure to start their new lives in Australia (via an epic trip to Canada) to commemorate I wore the Aussie apron they gave me (complete with flour from Simon’s amazing bakes)

Duck on the menu with crème fraîche onion mash and crispy kale and mushrooms. Pretty good.
